  1. No Returns or Refunds – Since our products are consumable food items (pickles), we do not accept returns or provide refunds once the order has been placed and delivered.

  2. Damaged or Leaked Products – If your product arrives damaged or leaked due to transit issues, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. We will evaluate the case and may offer a replacement (subject to availability) or store credit.

  3. Wrong Item Delivered – In case of incorrect product delivery, contact us within 24 hours with your order details. We will arrange for the correct product or provide a resolution.

  4. Order Cancellation – If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Cancellation is only possible if the order has not been shipped.
